CVE-2025-66294 is a server-side template injection vulnerability in Grav versions before 1.8.0-beta.27. Weak regular-expression validation in the cleanDangerousTwig method permits bypass of the Twig sandbox. An authenticated user with editor permissions can execute arbitrary commands on the Grav server. Under unspecified conditions, unauthenticated exploitation may also be possible. Exploit implementations can combine this issue with CVE-2025-66301, a broken access-control flaw affecting the administrative page endpoint, to inject a malicious payload into a form process section and achieve remote code execution.

This repository contains a single Metasploit module targeting Grav CMS installations vulnerable to a combination of Server-Side Template Injection (SSTI) (CVE-2025-66294) and a broken access control flaw (CVE-2025-66301). The exploit requires authentication as a user with page editing privileges. It works by injecting a malicious Twig payload into the form's YAML frontmatter, bypassing the Twig sandbox and achieving remote code execution. The module supports both Unix/Linux and Windows targets, delivering either a bash or PowerShell reverse shell as the payload. The code is well-structured, leverages Metasploit's HttpClient and AutoCheck mixins, and provides options for target URI, credentials, and form name. The main endpoints targeted are the Grav CMS admin login and the base path for form submission. This is a weaponized, fully operational exploit module suitable for use within the Metasploit framework.
