A path traversal vulnerability in TMS Management Console (version 6.3.7.27386.20250818) allows authenticated users to read arbitrary files from the server. The issue is in the profile dashboard's "Download Template" function, which fails to neutralize directory traversal sequences (e.g., "../") supplied via the filePath parameter. By crafting filePath values containing traversal sequences, an attacker can escape the intended templates directory and retrieve sensitive files such as the application's Web.config.
