CVE-2025-7955 is an improper-authentication vulnerability in versions 1.5 through 1.6.8 of the RingCentral Communications plugin for WordPress. The flaw is in the ringcentral_admin_login_2fa_verify() two-factor-authentication verification function, which improperly accepts two identical submitted codes as valid even when the codes are bogus. An unauthenticated attacker can use matching arbitrary codes to authenticate as an arbitrary WordPress user, including an administrator.

This repository contains a single Python exploit script (CVE-2025-7955.py) targeting CVE-2025-7955, a critical authentication bypass vulnerability in the RingCentral Communications WordPress plugin (versions 1.5 to 1.6.8). The exploit automates the attack chain: it can enumerate usernames via the WordPress REST API, bypass authentication by exploiting a flaw in the 2FA logic, extract the required CSRF nonce, upload a malicious plugin (webshell), and execute arbitrary commands via the webshell. The script includes features for stealth (random delays, rotating User-Agent headers, basic WAF/captcha detection). The README provides detailed usage instructions and describes the vulnerability and expected output. The only code file is the exploit script; the other files are a license, a requirements.txt for dependencies, and the README. The exploit is operational and provides remote command execution if successful. Key fingerprintable endpoints include the WordPress login, REST API, plugin upload, and the webshell location.
