CVE-2026-11101 is an uninitialized use vulnerability in Dawn in Google Chrome on Windows prior to version 149.0.7827.53. By inducing a target to load a crafted HTML page, a remote attacker can trigger use of uninitialized state and cause disclosure of cross-origin data. The issue affects Chrome’s Windows implementation of Dawn and results in unintended exposure of data across origin boundaries rather than direct code execution.

This repository is a small proof-of-concept/demo for CVE-2026-11101, showing HTTP web cache poisoning caused by an unkeyed query parameter. It contains two Python files: cache_server.py, a vulnerable Flask application simulating a caching reverse proxy/backend, and exploit_cache_poison.py, a simple exploit script using requests. The vulnerable server reflects the utm_campaign query parameter into the HTML response body, sets Cache-Control: public, max-age=3600, and conceptually caches based only on the URL path, demonstrating the core flaw: response content varies on a parameter that is excluded from the cache key. The exploit sends a request to /?utm_campaign=<script>alert(1)</script> to poison the cache, then requests / to show that subsequent visitors would receive attacker-controlled script content. The repository is not part of a larger exploit framework. It is a concise operational PoC for web cache poisoning leading to stored XSS-like impact, not a scanner or detection-only script.
