CVE-2026-13156 is a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in the MailerSend WordPress plugin before version 1.0.8. The vulnerable configuration-delete action checks whether the requester has the manage_options capability but does not validate a nonce, allowing a forged request to be accepted in the context of an authenticated administrator session. By inducing a logged-in administrator to visit a crafted page, an attacker can trigger deletion of the plugin's SMTP configuration and deactivation of the plugin. The issue results in loss of the plugin's mail delivery configuration and interruption of email functionality for the affected WordPress site.
