CVE-2026-13157 is an unrestricted file upload vulnerability in the Demo Import WordPress plugin through version 1.1.3. During demo-content import, the plugin disables or bypasses WordPress file-type validation and does not properly verify the type of uploaded files. As a result, a high-privilege authenticated user, such as an Administrator by default, including non-super-admin site administrators in multisite deployments, can upload executable PHP content into the WordPress uploads directory. Because the uploaded file can be interpreted by the server as executable code, the flaw can be leveraged to achieve arbitrary code execution within the context of the affected WordPress site.
