CVE-2026-13249 is an unauthenticated arbitrary file upload vulnerability in the web management interface of Honeywell PD45 Industrial Printer firmware F10.19.010040. A remote attacker can upload attacker-controlled files without authentication. Uploaded content can potentially be executed on the device, enabling malicious file and command execution.

This six-file repository is a standalone Python 3 PoC for CVE-2026-13249 affecting Honeywell PD45 industrial-printer web management interfaces. Its sole code file, poc.py, accepts a single URL or a target list, normalizes target URLs, disables TLS certificate verification, sends HTTP(S) requests through requests, fingerprints pages using Honeywell/PD45 markers, extracts Fxx.xx.xxxxxx firmware strings, and classifies versions between the stated minimum and fixed firmware thresholds. It probes a fixed set of management and firmware-upgrade paths, parses HTML forms to identify multipart upload candidates, and supports concurrent check-only scanning. An optional upload probe and exploit mode POST a benign marker file to a user-specified or discovered upload URL, with optional GET-based verification. The repository includes a README, dependency list, target-list example, license, and ignore rules. It is not part of Metasploit, Nuclei, or another recognized exploit framework. Although it presents the vulnerability as arbitrary upload leading to RCE, the supplied implementation demonstrates upload/verification only and contains no direct command-execution payload.
