CVE-2026-14351 is an information exposure vulnerability in GitLab Community Edition and Enterprise Edition caused by improper authorization checks during merge request title generation or related rendering logic. In affected versions, under certain conditions, an unauthenticated user could view the title of a confidential issue through a publicly accessible merge request. The flaw affects GitLab CE/EE versions from 8.8 before 19.0.5, 19.1 before 19.1.3, and 19.2 before 19.2.1.
