CVE-2026-15118 is a high-severity use-after-free vulnerability in the Input component of Google Chrome affecting versions prior to 150.0.7871.115. The flaw arises from improper memory lifetime management during input processing, allowing a crafted HTML page to trigger access to memory after it has been freed. This can corrupt browser memory following user interaction with malicious web content. Google states that successful exploitation may allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code inside the Chrome sandbox.
