CVE-2026-15315 is an improper authentication vulnerability in the login authentication-verification module of TP-Link Tapo C200 v5 cameras. The local HTTPS management interface uses a challenge-response mechanism, but vulnerable firmware inadequately validates challenge parameters in an alternate verification path. An attacker can replay camera-generated authentication material under applicable conditions, causing the device to issue an administrative session token without validating the administrator password. Tapo C200 v5 firmware releases earlier than V5_1.4.6 Build 260709 Rel.27675n are affected.

An authentication-bypass flaw in the TP-Link Tapo C200 local HTTPS management interface that can permit a network-adjacent attacker to obtain an administrative session by replaying a camera-generated authentication value.
An authentication-bypass flaw in the TP-Link Tapo C200 local HTTPS management interface that can allow a network-adjacent unauthenticated attacker to obtain administrator-level access by replaying an authentication value.
A high-severity replay-based authentication-bypass flaw in the TP-Link Tapo C200 camera. A network-adjacent attacker can obtain an administrative session, access privileged management functions, alter configuration, and potentially access live video streams and stored recordings.
An authentication-bypass vulnerability in the TP-Link Tapo C200 camera's HTTPS local-management challenge-response flow. A camera-supplied value can be replayed and accepted by verification logic, allowing an unauthenticated network attacker to establish an administrative session and access privileged device-management functions.
