CVE-2026-15741 is an SQL injection vulnerability in PostgreSQL expression deparsing of an EXTRACT() argument. A database object owner can craft a hostile object definition such that an expression-deparse consumer emits attacker-controlled SQL. Affected consumers include pg_dump, psql commands such as \sf, and similar third-party tools that deparse PostgreSQL expressions. The injected SQL executes under the privileges of the account running the deparse operation, including PostgreSQL superuser privileges when such an account processes the hostile object.
