CVE-2026-18148 is an improper output neutralization for logs vulnerability in IBM i Navigator for i affecting IBM i versions 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, and 7.6. The flaw allows a remote authenticated attacker to inject arbitrary content into Navigator log files. The issue stems from insufficient neutralization of untrusted input before it is written to logs, enabling attacker-controlled data to be recorded as forged or misleading log entries. This can undermine the reliability of operational and security logging within Navigator for i.
