CVE-2026-18167 is a stack-based buffer overflow in the EasyMesh daemon of TP-Link Archer AX55 hardware version V4 routers. When EasyMesh/Mesh mode is enabled, the daemon insufficiently validates the length of an EasyMesh negotiation payload before copying it into a stack-based buffer. A local-network attacker can send an oversized crafted negotiation packet to crash the service and may be able to obtain code execution on the router's Linux-based operating system.
