The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting (XSS) via the form_name parameter in all versions up to and including 1.50.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This allows an authenticated attacker with sufficient form management privileges (noted as administrator-level access, but potentially delegable to lower roles) to persistently inject arbitrary JavaScript that executes when a user views a page where the injected form name is rendered.
