CVE-2026-20338 is an invalid-free/double-free vulnerability in ClamAV's ZIP archive parser. Improper ownership handling while merging ZIP catalogue records can cause an invalid free when ClamAV scans a malformed ZIP archive. The issue affects ClamAV versions 1.5.0 through 1.5.3 and is fixed in version 1.5.4.
