CVE-2026-22007 is a difficult-to-exploit vulnerability in the Security component of Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM for JDK, and Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. An unauthenticated attacker with local logon access to the infrastructure hosting an affected runtime can exploit Security-component APIs to obtain unauthorized read access to a subset of data accessible to the affected Java runtime. The issue can also affect Java client deployments that execute untrusted code in sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets and rely on the Java sandbox for isolation. Affected versions include Oracle Java SE 8u481 variants, 11.0.30, 17.0.18, 21.0.10, 25.0.2, and 26; GraalVM for JDK 17.0.18 and 21.0.10; and GraalVM Enterprise Edition 21.3.17.

Small 4-file proof-of-concept repository demonstrating an IPv6 NTP monlist amplification scenario labeled as CVE-2026-22007. The codebase consists of: (1) exploit_ntp_amplify_v6.py, which is only a minimal placeholder and does not actually craft or transmit packets; it merely states the attack concept, and (2) ntp_amplify_sim.py, a simple Python IPv6 UDP server bound to :: port 123 that replies to any received datagram with a fixed 1200-byte response, simulating an unauthenticated monlist-enabled NTP server. README.md explains the reflection/amplification concept and how to run the simulator. There is no full exploit implementation for packet spoofing, no raw socket logic, and no target automation. Main capability is conceptual demonstration of reflected UDP amplification over IPv6, not a weaponized exploit. The only meaningful network target/endpoint in code is the IPv6 UDP listener on port 123.
