CVE-2026-22014 is an easily exploitable vulnerability in Oracle User Management, a component of Oracle E-Business Suite, affecting the Workflow and Business Events component in supported versions 12.2.7 through 12.2.15. The issue is reachable over HTTP by a high-privileged attacker with network access. Successful exploitation allows compromise of Oracle User Management data handling, resulting in unauthorized modification operations including update, insert, and delete against some accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of accessible data. The available information indicates confidentiality and integrity impact, but does not provide the specific vulnerable function or root-cause implementation detail.

Small 4-file proof-of-concept repository for CVE-2026-22014, demonstrating a GraphQL persisted-query allowlist bypass. The repository contains: (1) `graphql_persisted.js`, a minimal vulnerable Node.js/Express GraphQL server that resolves `queries[args.queryId] || args.query`, thereby trusting attacker input when persisted-query lookup fails or mixed input is accepted; (2) `exploit_persisted_query.py`, a Python script using `requests` to POST a crafted JSON body to `http://localhost/graphql`; (3) `README.md`, which explains the vulnerability and usage; and (4) a license file. The main exploit capability is execution of arbitrary or restricted GraphQL operations by abusing the persisted-query fallback logic. No shell, RCE, or post-exploitation payload is included; this is a focused web-application access-control bypass PoC against GraphQL API implementations with insecure persisted-query handling.
