CVE-2026-25860 is a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in OpenClinic GA 5.351.19 affecting the DICOM image upload handler. The flaw arises because DICOM metadata fields supplied in uploaded medical imaging files, including fields such as Study Description, are reflected without proper sanitization or output encoding in components including popup.jsp and archiving/uploadfiles_jsp.java during processing by the Upload DICOM images feature. By crafting a DICOM file containing malicious script in metadata fields, an attacker can cause arbitrary JavaScript to execute in a victim's browser when the application processes and displays the reflected values.
