Ekushey Project Manager CRM contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in its administrator-configured system-name setting. The application writes this value to the login page without contextual output encoding, including a meta-description attribute, the document title, and an h4 page-header element. In the h4 context, attacker-supplied HTML is interpreted as markup, allowing event-handler-bearing HTML to execute. Because the affected login page is available before authentication, the stored payload executes in the application origin for each visitor who loads the login form and remains active until the configured value is changed.
