CVE-2026-26720 is a code-injection vulnerability in Twenty CRM version 1.15.0 and earlier. Serverless functions can be executed through an unsandboxed local execution driver that launches processes while inheriting the application process environment. A remote attacker can abuse this behavior to execute arbitrary code on the Twenty CRM server.

Repository contains a minimal proof-of-concept for an authenticated RCE in Twenty CRM’s Workflow Automation feature (“Code - Serverless Function”). Structure: (1) README.md documents the issue, affected component, tested version (v1.15.0), reproduction steps via the UI (Settings > Workflows, manual trigger, add code action), impact, and remediation suggestions (sandboxing, module restrictions, env scrubbing). (2) poc.ts is the actual payload intended to be pasted into the workflow code editor. The PoC imports Node’s child_process and uses execSync to run a shell command on the host (cat /etc/passwd), then serializes process.env to exfiltrate secrets (e.g., DB URLs, app secrets, Redis/AWS keys) through the workflow function’s returned object. No hardcoded network callbacks, C2, or external URLs are present; the primary observable targets are local file access (/etc/passwd) and environment variable disclosure. Overall purpose is to demonstrate that the workflow code execution environment is not sandboxed and permits arbitrary command execution and sensitive data exposure for any authenticated user with workflow creation/execution privileges.
