A user enumeration vulnerability exists in FormaLMS versions 4.1.18 and below in the password recovery functionality exposed at the /lostpwd endpoint. The application returns different error messages (observable response discrepancies) depending on whether the supplied username is valid/registered or invalid, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to determine which usernames exist in the system.
