CVE-2026-27843 is a missing-authentication and insufficient server-side validation vulnerability in the web management interface of the SenseLive X3050 industrial gateway, affecting firmware version V1.523. The flaw allows critical configuration parameters to be modified without sufficient authentication checks. An unauthenticated network attacker can submit unsupported or disruptive values to recovery-related and network configuration settings, causing the device to enter a persistent lockout state. Because the X3050 lacks a physical reset button, recovery requires specialized console access to perform a factory reset. The issue impacts the gateway itself and can disrupt attached RS-485 downstream systems that depend on the device for connectivity or protocol bridging.
