CVE-2026-32015 affects OpenClaw versions 2026.1.21 prior to 2026.2.19. The vulnerability is a path hijacking issue in tools.exec.safeBins, where executable allowlist checks rely on process PATH resolution rather than securely invoking a fixed trusted binary path. An attacker who can influence the gateway process PATH or its launch environment can cause the application to resolve and execute a trojaned binary that uses an allowlisted filename, such as jq. This bypasses the intended executable validation control and results in execution of an attacker-controlled program in place of the trusted utility.
