CVE-2026-32680 is a local privilege escalation vulnerability in the installer of RATOC RAID Monitoring Manager for Windows. The installer allows the installation directory to be customized. When a non-default installation path is selected, the target folder may be left with insecure access control lists (ACLs), allowing non-administrative local users to modify files within that directory. Because the affected software or associated components may later execute code from that location with elevated privileges, a local attacker can abuse the weak permissions to replace or alter contents and achieve arbitrary code execution as SYSTEM.
