CVE-2026-33917 is an authenticated SQL injection vulnerability in OpenEMR, the open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. It affects versions prior to 8.0.0.3. The flaw is present in the CAMOS form's ajax_save page, where insufficient input validation allows attacker-controlled input to be incorporated into SQL queries. A successful exploit enables an authenticated attacker to manipulate backend database operations through crafted requests to the vulnerable ajax_save functionality.
