CVE-2026-34268 is a difficult-to-exploit vulnerability in the Security component of Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM for JDK, and Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. It affects Oracle Java SE 8u481 variants, 11.0.30, 17.0.18, 21.0.10, 25.0.2, and 26; GraalVM for JDK 17.0.18 and 21.0.10; and GraalVM Enterprise Edition 21.3.17. An unauthenticated attacker with local logon access to infrastructure running an affected runtime can compromise the runtime's security boundary and obtain unauthorized read access to a subset of data accessible to it. The issue may be reached through affected APIs, including where a web service supplies data to those APIs, and applies to sandboxed Java Web Start applications or applets that execute untrusted code while relying on the Java sandbox for isolation.
