CVE-2026-34759 affects OneUptime, an open-source monitoring and observability platform. In versions prior to 10.0.42, multiple notification API endpoints were registered without authentication middleware, whereas comparable sibling endpoints correctly enforced ClusterKeyAuthorization.isAuthorizedServiceMiddleware. The exposed endpoints were reachable externally through the Nginx proxy under the /notification/ path. When combined with a projectId disclosure available from the public Status Page API, this authorization flaw allowed an unauthenticated remote attacker to invoke notification-related functionality against another tenant's resources. The documented abuse path included unauthorized operations against Twilio-backed notification configuration, specifically purchasing phone numbers on the victim's Twilio account and deleting existing alerting numbers.
