CVE-2026-3517 is an OS command injection vulnerability in the API of Progress Kemp LoadMaster and related ADC products. The flaw is in the addcountry functionality, where the customLocation parameter is not properly sanitized or validated before being incorporated into an operating system command. An authenticated attacker with Geo Administration permissions can supply crafted input that reaches a system call, resulting in arbitrary command execution on the LoadMaster appliance. The issue is a command injection condition in an administrative API path and can be used to achieve remote code execution in the context of the appliance.
