CVE-2026-40352 is a NoSQL injection vulnerability in the password change endpoint of FastGPT, an AI agent building platform, affecting versions prior to 4.14.9.5. The flaw allows an authenticated attacker to inject MongoDB query operators into the password change request, bypassing verification of the old password. As a result, the application can be tricked into accepting a password change without knowledge of the current password. The issue primarily enables unauthorized password changes for the attacker's own account, and if combined with account or identifier manipulation, may also permit changing passwords for other users' accounts.
