CVE-2026-40623 is a missing authorization vulnerability in the web management interface of the SenseLive X3050, affecting firmware version V1.523. The interface permits modification of critical system and network configuration parameters without sufficient authorization checks, validation, or safety controls. Sensitive functions governing IP addressing, watchdog timers, reconnect intervals, and service ports do not adequately enforce constraints, allowing supported operational boundaries to be bypassed and unsafe or unsupported values to be applied. Because these parameters directly control core device behavior and recovery mechanisms, unauthorized changes can destabilize operation or place the device into a persistently unavailable state.
