CVE-2026-41293 is an improper input validation vulnerability in Apache Tomcat caused by insufficient validation of HTTP/2 request headers before the values are exposed to applications through the Servlet API. Affected releases include Apache Tomcat 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.21, 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.54, 9.0.0.M1 through 9.0.117, and 10.0.0-M1 through 10.0.27; older unsupported branches may also be affected. Because malformed or non-compliant HTTP/2 header values can reach application code, software that reasonably assumes Servlet API header values are specification compliant may exhibit unexpected behavior.
