CVE-2026-43114 is a flaw in the Linux kernel Netfilter nftables pipapo set AVX2 matching implementation. While processing a multi-field key, the AVX2 match functions can return early before consuming the complete input and clearing stale bits in the match map. If lookup skips an expired or generation-invalid entry, incorrect masking in the subsequent skip step can identify an entry using only the first key field and return it despite a differing final field. This can cause a non-matching entry to be treated as a match, including during pipapo set reload operations after a set flush.
