CVE-2026-44959 is a remote code execution vulnerability in Revive Adserver 6.0.6 and earlier. The flaw is caused by insufficient validation of user-supplied input when saving delivery limitations. A low-privileged authenticated user can supply an unexpected component parameter, causing malicious PHP code to be injected into the compiledlimitations field. That injected PHP is later executed during banner delivery, creating a server-side code execution path within the ad-serving workflow. The vendor states that the issue was fixed by improving input sanitisation so unexpected parameters are filtered out.

compiledlimitations content. Additional temporary risk reduction includes limiting exposure of management interfaces, reviewing logs for anomalous banner-delivery behavior, and auditing for unauthorized PHP payload insertion. No complete workaround is provided in the advisory.Patch, then assume compromise.
