CVE-2026-45970 is a use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel bonding driver's Adaptive Load Balancing (ALB) receive path. During bond teardown, rlb_deinitialize() can free the receive hash table while concurrent ARP receive processing continues in rlb_arp_recv(). Setting recv_probe to NULL alone does not prevent an already executing receive handler from accessing the freed structure. The resulting stale access can trigger a null-pointer dereference or general protection fault in kernel context.
