CVE-2026-46117 is an input-validation flaw in the Linux kernel RDMA/MANA RSS queue-pair creation path, mana_ib_create_qp_rss(). Through the RDMA uAPI, a user could supply work queues that share a completion queue. This invalid configuration reached a user-triggerable WARN_ON() condition and processing continued, resulting in kernel corruption. The fix validates the configuration, rejects work queues that share a completion queue, and fails queue-pair creation rather than continuing in an invalid state.
