CVE-2026-50560 is a resource-exhaustion vulnerability in Netty's HTTP/2 codec. In Netty versions before 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, processing a client-supplied SETTINGS_MAX_HEADER_LIST_SIZE can cause the server to read and proxy an HTTP/2 request to its origin, then fail while producing response headers. This enables a reset-style denial-of-service condition functionally similar to HTTP/2 Rapid Reset, but with a different wire-level signature.
