CVE-2026-53510 is a code injection vulnerability in the Savon Ruby SOAP client affecting versions 0.9.8 through 2.17.1. The flaw is in Savon::Model.all_operations, which interpolates attacker-controlled WSDL operation names into Ruby source code and passes that source to module_eval. Because operation names from a processed WSDL can be influenced by an attacker, unsafe evaluation of the generated Ruby source can result in arbitrary Ruby code execution within the application process. The issue is fixed in Savon version 2.17.2.
