CVE-2026-56274 is a remote code execution vulnerability affecting Flowise before version 3.1.2 in the Custom MCP Server feature. The issue consists of multiple OS command injection flaws caused by incomplete command and flag validation in the command-filtering logic and a regex-based bypass in local file access argument validation. An authenticated attacker can configure a malicious MCP server definition that evades these protections and causes Flowise to execute attacker-controlled operating system commands on the underlying host. The vulnerable behavior is reachable by users with a Flowise account of any role, or through API access that has view and update permissions for chatflows.
