CVE-2026-60916 is a critical vulnerability in the Client Bundle component of Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture, part of Oracle Fusion Middleware. Affected supported versions are 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. The flaw is remotely exploitable by an unauthenticated attacker over HTTP and can compromise the affected application without user interaction. Oracle indicates the vulnerability has scope change, meaning exploitation of the flaw in WebCenter Enterprise Capture can significantly affect additional products or resources beyond the vulnerable component itself. Successful exploitation enables unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data or all data accessible to Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture, unauthorized read access to a subset of accessible data, and the ability to cause a partial denial of service.
