CVE-2026-64804 is an arbitrary code execution vulnerability affecting JetBrains WebStorm versions before 2026.2. The issue can be triggered before a user grants project trust, through project-local linter tooling associated with a malicious project. This creates a trust-boundary bypass condition in which WebStorm may execute code from project-local tooling prior to the expected trust decision. The vulnerability is classified as CWE-829 and has been assigned CVSS v3.1 AV:L/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H (8.4).
