CVE-2026-64971 is a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the restore functionality of ATutor. The flaw allows attacker-controlled input delivered through a specially crafted URL to be reflected into a server response without proper neutralization, causing arbitrary JavaScript to execute in the victim's browser when the link is opened. The issue was confirmed in ATutor 2.2.4. Because ATutor is no longer actively supported, the vulnerability remains unpatched; other versions may also be affected but were not confirmed.
