CVE-2026-66747 is a critical vulnerability in Zbtlink router firmware caused by an embedded remote-control implant known as ENDLESSDOORS. The implant is built into published firmware images across the product line as an OpenWrt package and is started automatically at boot. It runs with root privileges while masquerading as a kworker process. Rather than exposing an inbound service, it initiates outbound cleartext TCP connections to hardcoded command-and-control infrastructure, using one channel for command delivery and another for interactive shell access. The command handler passes received input directly to popen() as uid 0, and a reserved command triggers an interactive root shell. Because the control channel lacks both authentication and transport encryption, any actor able to control or intercept the configured command-and-control path can issue commands to the device and take full control.
