CVE-2026-67201 is a server-side request forgery bypass vulnerability affecting V through version 0.5.2. The flaw is caused by inconsistent URL handling between net.urllib and net.http. In the vulnerable flow, net.urllib.parse() is used to extract and validate a trusted host against a host-based allowlist, but net.http.get() subsequently normalizes a backslash in the authority component and connects to a different, attacker-controlled internal destination. By crafting a URL with a backslash in the authority section, an attacker can exploit this parser differential to evade allowlist enforcement and induce the application to access internal network services that should have been blocked.
