CVE-2026-68376 is an SCTP memory-safety vulnerability in the Linux kernel. The auth_hmacs member of struct sctp_cookie is intended to store a complete SCTP_AUTH_HMAC_ALGO parameter, consisting of a SCTP parameter header and HMAC identifiers. Its size calculation accounted for two bytes rather than the complete four-byte parameter header. When four HMAC identifiers are configured, the HMAC-ALGO parameter exceeds the buffer. During association initialization, sctp_association_init() copies past auth_hmacs and corrupts the adjacent auth_chunks field. The corruption can allow an invalid HMAC identifier to be accepted and subsequently lead to an out-of-bounds read in sctp_auth_get_hmac().

This three-file repository is a standalone Go proof-of-concept rather than a framework module. Its primary artifact, CVE-2026-68376.go (about 59 KB), implements an x86_64 Linux local privilege-escalation chain and exposes CLI modes for full exploitation, vulnerability-only triggering, verbose output, configuration display, and a PID-specific root-helper path. It uses raw Linux syscalls and SCTP-, packet-ring-, memory-mapping-, and page-table-related constants, consistent with the claimed SCTP-to-PTE manipulation technique. The advertised chain uses a kernel core-dump-pattern write primitive to invoke the current executable through /proc/%P/fd/666. Runtime behavior is configurable through N2P_* environment variables, including report, flag, device, executable, and core-pattern paths. README.md documents the claimed target and operation; go.mod declares Go 1.27.1. No external web domains, fixed remote IP addresses, or command-and-control endpoints are present. The CVE/product claim should be independently verified, since the supplied material alone cannot validate vulnerability existence or exploit reliability.
