CVE-2026-69258 is a high-severity vulnerability in Flowise affecting versions prior to 3.1.3. The flaw is in the unauthenticated prediction endpoint, POST /api/v1/prediction/:id, which accepted an attacker-controlled overrideConfig object and unconditionally merged it into internal flowConfig and flowData objects in server-side chatflow processing code without enforcing apiOverrideStatus. Because these object spreads occurred after sensitive execution-context fields were initialized, an attacker could overwrite values such as chatId, sessionId, and chatHistory and inject arbitrary properties into the flow execution context of any public chatflow. Those injected properties could then be resolved through $flow.* template variables consumed by flow nodes, allowing attacker control over data used during flow execution. The issue is a mass-assignment style property injection flaw with authorization implications, including cross-session access through user-controlled identifiers.

An incomplete fix / mass-assignment style vulnerability in Flowise where unauthenticated attackers can use overrideConfig on the public prediction endpoint to overwrite flow execution context fields such as chatId, sessionId, and chatHistory via ungated object spreads, enabling session hijacking, prompt/context injection, and arbitrary $flow.* variable control.
An improper authorization / mass-assignment style flaw in Flowise before 3.1.3 where the unauthenticated prediction endpoint allowed arbitrary overrideConfig injection into internal flow execution context for public chatflows.
A high-severity Flowise vulnerability involving unsafe overrideConfig merging that allows session isolation bypass and manipulation of flow execution variables, enabling attackers to access or tamper with other users' conversations and alter downstream query or webhook/API behavior.
