CVE-2026-7251 affects the Eppendorf BioFlo 320 bioreactor platform. The vulnerability is caused by the product's VNC-based remote access component using a hard-coded password. If remote access has been enabled and an attacker knows the network address of the target BioFlo 320 system, the attacker can connect to the VNC service using the embedded credential and obtain full control of the device user interface. The available reporting further states that the VNC traffic is not encrypted. Successful exploitation exposes all BioFlo 320 control panel features to unauthorized remote access and manipulation.
