Administrative action handlers validate an HMAC-SHA256 nonce but fail to perform a server-side authorization check through autoriser(). An unauthenticated attacker can obtain or calculate a valid nonce in the anonymous-user context for an arbitrary action and invoke the author-editing administrative action to reset the password of any account, including an administrator account.
