CVE-2026-78437 is an incomplete-cleanup flaw in Apache Tomcat HTTP/2 request handling. A malformed HTTP/2 request can leave request-handling state insufficiently cleaned up and, depending on timing, cause a concurrent request from a different user to fail. Affected releases are Tomcat 11.0.19 through 11.0.25, 10.1.53 through 10.1.59, and 9.0.116 through 9.0.121.
