CVE-2026-82232 is an SQL injection vulnerability in Apache Syncope's Task search functionality, affecting the JPA persistence component. Special SQL elements provided in a Task search sort clause are not properly neutralized. An adequately entitled administrator can supply a malicious sort value and use stacked queries to append and execute arbitrary SQL statements. Affected versions are Apache Syncope 3.0.0-M0 through 3.0.16, 4.0.0-M0 through 4.0.7, and 4.1.0-M0 through 4.1.2.
