CVE-2026-8237 is an insecure direct object reference vulnerability in Concrete CMS 9.5.0 and earlier. The issue affects the /ccm/frontend/conversations/message_detail endpoint, which returns the full content of conversation messages without enforcing proper authorization. As a result, an unauthenticated attacker can enumerate conversation messages and retrieve content that should be restricted, including messages associated with restricted pages, member-only areas, and the moderation queue. The exposed response data can also include attachment download links associated with those messages.
